    Stellar Press Co operates out of Toronto, ON CA 🇨🇦
    Who makes the products?

    All products are designed by me (Natasha). Using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Procreate!

    Wherever possible, local Canadian vendors and services are used to facilitate printing, and die cutting. Otherwise they are done in house.
    Local Delivery Service

    Local delivery days are on Fridays between 10am - 6pm

    Cut off time for local delivery is Thursdays before 6pm EST so make sure your order is placed before then!
    Canada Wide Shipping

    How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping will be calculated at checkout and depends on your package weight, destination, and the type of shipping you select.

    When will my order ship?

    • Fridays are delivery and shipping days at Stellar Press Co. If you order by 6pm EST on Thursdays it will be sent the following day on Friday

    • Calculated shipping times are from when the courier receives the package. These are estimates and not a guarantee.

    Do you provide tracking?

    If tracking is available with the type of shipping you select, it will be provided through the courier.
    Do You Ship to US/International?

    This is coming soon! Still figuring out the logistics of costs etc. This will definitely be announced through the newsletter so if you want to keep up to date jump in!
    What is the Return Policy?
    • If an item arrives damaged, an exchange or refund can be arranged upon returning the order.

    • If you order the wrong size, an exchange can be arranged upon returning the order. Shipping will be at customer’s expense

    • Sale items are final, no returns or exchanges.

    • Digital download sales are final, no returns or exchanges.
    How to Process Return

    • If your order was damaged/broken please include a photo of the damage in the email

    • Repack your item/s (original packaging preferred!) and include the shipping label provided

    • Drop off at your local post office

    • Your refund or exchange will be processed/sent out as soon as items are received

    • Refunds only for damaged physical items with proof of damage and order number

    • Exchanges of clothing items only in case of sizing issue and order number. This is at customer’s expense re: shipping
